Well this week is karate! I test for my blue belt Monday. Its my first test under Sensei Chris. He seems a lot more strict then Shihan. Its gonna be my toughest test yet since we are leaving. It's gonna be hard.
Well Marian is here! :) She is talking about dad right now. Talking about pinching! How dad's pinch is so long and painful. She said that his pinch could twist more then a normal person's arm could go. Kind of interesting. And also about his pen's. We are watching a movie and dad come out of his room and goes "who stole my pens?!" of course we always steal dads pens. We just love to get dad on our case about his pens. They are so new and all... *rolls eyes * Well tomorrow is a big day! Sheesh its late! Not a long blog guys. Sorry.
Love this post about Dad! You pen-stealer, you! You should tell Dad that you saw he got pen on his shirt, and that you confiscated them and he should use pencils from now on. Or buy him those big, fat Kindergarten pencils. Oh wait! I still have to send him a birthday present. I'll send him pens. Dad pinched me on the ribs. Or on the soft underpart of the arm. Such fond memories! I recall he twisted the skin, not the whole arm. But hey, his technique may have changed with time. I have to buy a lot of pens because I'm always leaving them around.
ReplyDeleteOh, and good luck on your test for blue belt! May the force be with you, or whatever. Ohmmmmmmm! Be sure to post how it all went. I love reading your posts!
xo
haha I don't think Wes meant the whole arm, or at least I didn't mean that. I just got a mental image of dad grabbing my wrist and just twisting my entire arm. I meant that when he pinched me on the under side of the arm he seemed to get an entire lecture in while keeping on turning his wrist and keep pinching. But ah yes fond memories....obviously dad wasn't there when I was or there might not have been so much talk of him!
ReplyDelete@ Marian: Yeah, and does Dad read this blog? Talk about getting the inside scoop! Or should I say "twist"? =) Maybe the story should be that Dad twisted your arm off and left you with a bloody stump. Sort of like Monte Python and the Holy Grail when the guy kept losing limbs and was like "Come back and fight like a man!" until he had no arms or legs left. It could really be a great story!
ReplyDeleteKeep the funny posts coming, Bro, you have a lot of good subjects, not just Dad! We love it all, Karate, girls, parties, tears, dancing, punching, you name it. See you soon!
